Trinity, Roselle

The Phil's Friends Chapter at Trinity Lutheran Church in Roselle, Illinois started on May 16, 2007. Our purpose is to bring the Gospel message to cancer patients and their families by delivering care packages and following up wth the cancer patients.

Since then we have continued to meet on a regular basis. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 3:30pm.

Each meeting begins with prayer for the cancer patients and their families. We have several committees: Care Package Items, Presentation of Package, Communication, Care Package Delivery and Follow up.

In January 2008, the chapel offerings from Trinity Lutheran School, Roselle went to support the ministry of Phil's Friends.

A Win-Win Campaign was started. When a Phil's Friends item is purchased, the same item gets donated into a care package.

It has been a huge success!

We look forward to what God has planned as we move forward bringing the Gospel message to cancer patients and their families!
