Welcome » Chapters Phil's Friends National Office and Chapter was established in 2006. Since then, we have established two additional chapters and are in the process of beginning a few others. In order to reach more cancer patients, it is our prayerful intent to establish addtional chapters nationally and internationally in churches, schools, universities, hospitals, oncology treatment facilities and Christian organizations. The National Chapter provides the necessary materials and guidance needed to effectively begin new chapters.
