Bringing More Hope

At the end of 2011 we were blessed to bring hope to approximately 800 patients on a weekly basis. Current care projections indicate that we will double last year's efforts. Soon we will reach out to nearly 1600 patients and their families with care packages, cards, follow-up emails, phone calls, and visits.
